Quality Management & Status Reporting

Preproduction check

Before the production process for a certain order starts, we ensure that the raw material matches the specifications required by the buying partner. This ensures that the final product that reaches the buying partner has the same quality raw materials that were provided in the sample. In case the order is finalized without the provision of samples, we ensure that the quality matches the agreed upon specifications exactly.

The inspection criteria covering quality, quantity, marking and packing are based on the specifications and reference samples provided by the customer. Status Reporting

In addition to these measures, additional reports are sent on a regular basis to the buying partner at the completion of various milestones to make sure that there is a transparent flow of information from the supplying end to the buying end of the chain. This ensures better communication within the transactional triad, which results in improvements in the movement of value through the supply chain.
