Supplier Identification

Once a request for a product comes in, we identify all the suppliers on our panel who can supply the required product. Enquiries are made to confirm that the selected suppliers can fulfill the exact requirements of the order. Based on their ability to supply the requisite product, they are requested to provide a quote for the shipment.

Vendor Selection

Based on the quotes received from the suppliers, we select the suppliers who can meet the requirements at the lowest possible rates. The rates are discussed with our buying partners and a vendor is selected from the shortlisted suppliers.

Sampling

Once the prices have been negotiated, we provide samples based on the requirements of the buyer. This step is essential to ascertain that the product will be manufactured exactly to the specifications set out by the buying partner. Once the samples have been approved, the production process commences.
